OPWDD support broker in Suffolk County, NY

Self-direction gives you control of an OPWDD budget, but it also hands you the paperwork: a Start-Up Plan, a Self-Direction Plan, an Individualized Budget, a Circle of Support, and an annual renewal that has to land on time. A support broker does that work with you.
